RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

  • We regret to inform you that our standard policy is strict when it comes to returns and exchanges.

  • In extremely exceptional cases of product damage, we may consider your request for return or exchange, but we require substantial proof in the form of an unboxing video of the parcel.

    • Remember, this video must reach us within a strict 2-day window from the date of delivery.

  • It is crucial to understand that we do not entertain returns or exchanges based on size issues. Our size chart is meticulously accurate, and we stand by it.

    • Should you still insist on exchanging the product due to size concerns, kindly verify the availability of the desired size in our inventory before proceeding to inform us about the same.

    • In such cases, please note that all expenses associated with the return and replacement, including shipping costs, will be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Please be informed that there is no exchange/return for clearance abayas.
